Colluli is often presented through the scale and quality of its mineral resource. Those are useful starting facts from historical technical work, but a commercial decision rests on the project's present condition. Who controls the venture now? Which studies remain current? What financing is committed? What construction and procurement has begun? When might production start under the current owners? EBJ will keep those questions separate from older projections.
